As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes and maintaining compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Position Overview: As an HR and Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll functions, benefits administration, and supporting various HR initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll processes, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Processing:
    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including timekeeping, deductions, and tax compliance.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
  2. Benefits Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
    • Address employee inquiries related to benefits and facilitate open enrollment processes.
  3. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance in payroll processing and benefits administration.
    • Prepare and submit relevant reports to regulatory authorities as required.
  4. HR Support:
    • Assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  5. Employee Communication:
    • Communicate payroll and benefits information to employees clearly and effectively.
    • Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
