My wife and I knew we needed new windows, but were putting it off as long as we could. After visiting with Tristan we realized that working with JKR was something we couldn’t pass up. We had already had bids and talked with other window retailers and realized what a great deal this was.
Other installers spent about 15 minutes measuring our windows, but JKR took more than an hour so that they could account for differences of ¼ inch in windows that were supposed to be the same size.

From Andrew knocking on our door to Jason installing and Cody making sure everything looked perfect, the process of having our windows replaced was painless. We had 13 windows replaced. Jason and his crew removed and installed all 13 in about 6 hours. The new triple Pane windows look so nice we choose not to replace some of the blinds. Looking out the windows makes me feel like I am wearing a pair of high-quality sunglasses, things just look better. Immediately can tell the impact the new windows are having on the temperature in our house. Best decision to improve my house I could have made.
