Home Improvement Sales Consultant (Entry Level to Experienced)

JKR Windows is a quickly growing window replacement company based out of St. George and Draper, Utah and is looking to continue to expand its horizons. We are looking to hire sales people in both markets at multiple levels of experience to cover different parts of the sales cycle. We are hiring entry level to experienced sales professionals, and are especially interested in those with leadership experience or who wish to work towards that to further fuel our growth, as we help fuel theirs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities vary by role and include but are not limited to: pre-qualifying homes and anticipating customer needs, generating leads, closing deals virtually and/or in-person, account management, bringing in referral business, and more
  • Providing world-class customer service throughout and after the sales process

  • Great communication and time management skills
  • Continuing sales education through JKR provided trainings

Job Requirements:

  • Sales experience is a plus but not required for all roles
  • Minimum 1-year in-home sales experience required for advanced roles
  • Able to work afternoon/evenings
  • Thorough knowledge and ability to execute on JKR’s sales processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Proficient in Google, Microsoft, and other CRM’s
  • Obtain personal LLC for some roles– (Optional company assistance)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Willing to travel and market areas selected by Office Sales Manager and Team Lead
  • Valid Driver’s license and personal source of transportation
  • Able to pass a criminal background screening for some roles
  • Personal cell phone

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

 

  • 8 hour shift

  • St. George, UT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
