President & CEO
JKR Windows was founded on a dream that grew into a promise.
JKR Windows started the day Jefferson Rogers decided to change his own life for the better. He decided to become the best version of himself for the sake of his wife, his kids, his community, and himself. He dreamed of building a business that he and his family could be proud of, a company that would enable thousands of other people to create a similar story.
Jefferson decided his company would sell windows because he knew it was a valuable product that he could deliver well. From day one, however, it was never really about windows. It has always been about developing people. This company exists to help people find a better way forward — no matter where they’re starting from.
That’s why our dream and our promise are to help people find clear paths that make life better. That goes for our customers and our teammates. Making big promises and keeping them is not easy, but the reward is extraordinary. It’s hard to imagine a better feeling than knowing we’ve made a huge impact in someone’s life.
