Our Application Process
JKR has an incredible culture that fosters a collaborative, supportive environment where every team member is valued and inspired to reach their full potential. Our application process was intentionally designed to help our team grow even stronger by ensuring that every person we add to it is as driven, determined, and eager to excel as we are.
This outline will help guide you through every stage of our application process so you’ll never have to wonder what to expect, what’s needed from you, or what will happen next:
STAGE 1 – Fill out your application.
If we determine that you’re a good fit for our team, you’ll hear back from us within 48 hours.
STAGE 2 – Schedule a preliminary interview.
This is a 1:1 conversation between you and our team lead that will help us get to know you and help you get to know JKR.
STAGE 3 – Review JKR videos and onboarding resources.
To help you prepare for your round two interviews, we’ll give you a chance to get even more familiar with JKR’s culture and core values by hooking you up with helpful videos, training outlines, and just about every other resource you could possibly need.
STAGE 4 – Team interview.
Meet with other members of your future JKR team.
STAGE 5 – Employee training.
Our training and mentorship approach helps us ensure that every new JKR employee is set up for success right from the start.
